@coxandcoxuk I have waited in twice this week & rearranged work & childcare for a delivery which is a no show & no one seems to know where it is. You don't pick up your phone either. Shocking customer service. I won't be buying from you again.
@SkyHelpTeam We keep getting a resolution date but then it comes and goes and nothing is fixed and no one contacts us with an update. There are elderly people on our street with no landline or internet access who you are leaving in a vulnerable position.

@BTSopenreach our whole street has had no internet for over 2 weeks & you keep saying you are going to fix it yet no one shows up. There are children and vulnerable people without anyway to contact people. It is a disgrace.

@thameswater your employees cut off the internet supply to our entire street, didn’t report it to BT & you’re now refusing to help resolve it despite there being vulnerable elderly people left with no landline or internet access.
@IKEAUKSupport I have just been told that my case number has been lost again for the eighth time in three months for a kitchen item you are legally under warranty to replace. What on earth is going on with such shocking service??
