A North Carolina doctor just shot a 12-year-old girl and her sister during a road rage incident on a Virginia highway.

Dr. Richard Arriviello allegedly opened fire from his Mercedes into a moving Jeep on I-77.

Both girls were hit in the legs and airlifted to the hospital.
