@VerizonSupport#Verizon AND THIS IS DELAYING ME MOVING IN BY A WEEKEND OR MORE. No wifi->can't work there->can't TAKE OFF WORK AGAIN for setup appt./can't get there in time for 5pm apt->can't move in bc can't work -> can't bring pet-> can't stay over night in new apt. A MESS 8/x
@VerizonSupport#Verizon is the WORST company I have ever dealt with--and I used to work in a profession where I dealt with matters on behalf of others--so that says A LOT. Had to makes changes to order bc no one answered my questions (I spoke with 3 reps prior). 1/x

@ConEdison on hold for over 30min right now because I can't find a way to check the meter # on my new acct (no bill yet). WOULD LOVE if your hold music had LESS unhelpful advice on loop... also "Find My Meter numbers" would be a GREAT FAQ
Never buying @IKEA@IKEAUSA@IKEAUSAHelp again. Spent over 3hrs on fruitless customer service calls within 24hrs. Was offered a call back that never came. A product with a manufacturing deformity. The replacement options are not designed for someone in a city/no car. #brooklyn
@VerizonSupport I am trying to sign up for new service, faced some confusion, and your customer chat is SO BAD AND PUSHY. I tried to call, but the lines are not currently staffed. It always amazes me when companies make it so hard to get their product or service.
@lyft is the stingiest company with the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. They couldn't get me anywhere close to my destination anywhere close the the estimated time--literally had to leave the car and get on the subway--and they are still charging me $50. #uber
@AskLyft@lyft spent $50 on a ride that got me nowhere in 45 min bc driver didn't take precautions to avoid traffic--I literally had to hop out and take the train, was very late to my appt. Tried to submit a customer service message and got a 403 service error on your website.
@Derrick_NYC unfortunately people get hit quite often and there is nothing I can personally do about it but the mta can systemically improve things like actually lock gangway doors again
@Derrick_NYC thanks for update. issue is I and all the ppl in all of these blocks + buildings here live ~ 20-30min in either direction from the next working F stop, 20min from the Q, 11 min from the N but the N makes a huge detour to get to prospect park area, where my pharmacy is.
@NYCTSubway Also, we're in the middle of a covid surge but pushing extra people into other lines by diverting them from the line that is suspended. Make it make sense.
@NYCTSubway Wkdays 9-3pm: skip stops + some F ending at Church Av. Struck passenger not your fault, but this line has such modified service that having incident like this or derailment add up to near full day w/o normal service -D/N/Q not fair solution for increased fares. Can't rely on MTA.
