Hadn’t eaten all day and it’s too late for a meal so decided I would have a five slice streaky bacon pan-soaked toasted buttie, sprinkled with smoked paprika, onions and some perinaise piri piri sauce. It is not pretty but so mesmerising in the pan and imagine the smell
@ChiBluesHistory I will be doing another show in a couple of weeks that focuses on Chicago Blues. I did a similar one a while back that touched on Early Chicago and the likes of Maxwell street market so this next show will be touching on modern Chicago. I’d welcome some advice
