@CVSHealth tried to make an appointment for a Covid shot online. Impossible! Verification code never arrived. Called the store. Made the appointment with the pharmacist. Yesterday got email appointment was canceled with no explanation. You guys have to do better.

read a post by a woman who was angry. She didn’t get a thank you note for a donation made after the death of a friend’s loved one. This person is more interested in getting recognition than in the grief the family is going through. I cannot stand self involved people.
