When Trump says the US is "making money like never before," he's not talking about you. He's talking about himself, his family, and his billionaire buddies. He doesn't give a fuck about you.
The ten poorest states are, in this order: Indiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Alabama, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Arkansas, Louisiana, West Virginia, Mississippi. All but New Mexico are red states. So my question is, if Republican economic policies are so great, why are nine of the poorest states Republican states?
Imagine being dumb enough to be like, ‘well, I can’t afford gas, I lost my cattle ranch, my wife’s OB closed up shop, my kids got measles, my blueberries might kill me, my lettuce gave me the shits and there’s a data center in my backyard, but at least it’s Lake America now!’ 🇺🇸
If you think California is taking a long time to count votes... wait until you hear how long the Trump Administration is taking to release the Epstein Files
Don Lemon: “The stock market is not the economy. The stock market is a measure of how much money rich people are making. The farmers who can’t afford fertilizer are not in the stock market. The families digging into their savings just to cover groceries are not in the stock market. The people paying $4 or more for gas are not in the fucking stock market”
It's funny how the female reporter is just sitting there all calm while the man who told you that a woman is too emotional to be president is having a full blown crash out on national TV.
At 4am, Senate Republicans gave the greenlight for the IRS to drop ALL investigations into Trump and his family.
That means if Trump is evading taxes, we’ll never know.
I have a bill to make this illegal. And I won’t stop fighting to get it done.
We’re obsessed with the idea that poor people might take more than they need, but we never question why the super rich are never satisfied with what they already have.
My dad retired at 59
I will not
He had a pension. I have a 401k I can barely fund.
He bought his house at 28.
I can't touch a down payment at 30.
He paid $90 a month for health insurance. I pay $430.
At dinner he told me I need to be smarter with money.
I nodded.
Didn't tell him his entire life was built on an economy that no longer exists.
Didn't tell him my generation is paying for his Social Security while ours gets gutted.
Didn't tell him the ladder he climbed got pulled up right after him.
Just passed the potatoes.
Make it make sense
🚨BOOM: Jasmine Crockett just TORCHED Trump and Republicans for trying to hand January 6 extremists taxpayer money.
“Proud Boys are freaking white supremacists. Neo-Nazis are, too… this president, who loves to coddle white supremacists, has decided that they should be given checks.”
She’s absolutely right. Americans can barely afford groceries while Trump wants a slush fund for extremists who attacked our Capitol.
The slush fund.
The ballroom.
The IRS get-out-of-jail-free card.
Donald Trump isn’t serving the American people — he’s serving himself. And he thinks you’re dumb enough to fall for it.
Congress gets free healthcare for life, a pension when they retire, and $79 A DAY for lunch... that’s all BEFORE their $175,000 a year salary.
The system is a joke and tax payers are the punchline.
