If you want to properly optimize your Rivals, go through all of these settings on your Rivals & PC. I recommend installing Rivals on an internal SSD with tons of space on it to start

Its bullshit and paid actors. All they do is use frame gen to fool you. I love assisting people with performance and tbh it depends as well on your build.

Best giveaway is how many processes are being used by ur PC when it's idle.

You can check in task manager > performance > cpu and you'll see processes. Most people don't disable startup apps, use chrome, discord open and much more that causes ur cpu to be used and cause fps degradation. I will also say, unless you have a 9800x3D cpu with good ram and motherboard and a 5070ti minimum you'll get at least 240 fps guaranteed.

Most of the issues are just that neteasr doesn't optimize the game as good as OW for eg
