BB only needs 1 close encounter to fully nullify enel and grab to end him.

It can create black hole that even light can't escape so enel lightning won't do much when it starts sucking things up. And enel is too confident, he loves getting close to his opponent to zap them.

If devs don't agree with the result, they can use their own holdings to get the result they want.
SkyMavis never did a voting that will impact their scheme, they did small votings just to justify that governance.
