@t3hpariah The lull in RPG releases does have me seriously considering checking out ogre battle but I think I need a bit of a break from the genre tbh. We'll see how long that lasts though

I finished off Unicorn Overlord tonight.

I'm a big fan of Vanillaware and still wasn't expecting to love this one as much as I did. I think it's their best game, one of the best srpgs I've played and easy goty material, I highly recommend it

I think that the core of P3 holds up remarkably well and they did a great job of cleaning up almost everything I would have criticized about the original. 3R is really the glow up that this game deserved and is basically a perfect remake imo, it's so good

I was originally in the camp that felt like P3R was a bit unnecessary, but it's been nice to finally play an uncompromised version of this game. They did such a good job with it

Decided to sit down and take the new main to master. I initially switched out of spite but she turned out to be a lot of fun, so I'm hoping I can play both her and Zooey next patch

@night_natalie I don't think she's very good but you do need to learn how to fight her or she can get away with a lot, and she can still explode you off the right reads so she's not unplayable or anything, she just feels unstable

This character is really cool but she's extremely frustrating to play. At the end it felt like I was only queuing into bad mus

Hopefully they can do something about the character balance later, because other than that I think this game is a lot of fun its just... very dumb atm

fH CH conversion for when you're too far to just go into a dust loop. It's still a bit finicky but the reward is high #GBVSR #GBVSR_ZO

@LowkeyAjax Her buttons are pretty underwhelming and her reward is inconsistent are the main problems. Her higher reward tools (236M, 236H, 66H, jU CH) can all hit in weird ways that makes them hard or impossible to pick up too which just makes her feel clunky in general

I'm still not sure how I feel about Zooey in this game, she has a ton of cool tools but she's really frustrating to play in a lot of ways

I think I'll keep grinding to master and hope I figure it out though, she's fun when things work out at least
