BMR Watch continues its talks with @BMRGroupplc to ensure the future long-term value of the Royalty is secured for current shareholders.
We hope to see BMR organise a video meeting for all shareholders shortly – where they can talk about the future of the company in more detail.
BMR Group has scheduled an AGM on 4th Feb at 10am – see link below to access a copy of proxy form and details of the 10 resolutions.
We are disappointed that @BMRGroupplc haven’t bothered to inform shareholders via its Twitter account or website.

Good work, I've no position in #BMR, but this is what can happen when a company delists and @BmrWatch are doing a great job in trying to hold directors to account while @LSEplc look away, having taken the listing fees and not cared about the shareholders.
An AGM will be held in the New Year via Webcast to vote on ordinary resolutions (adopt annual accounts etc.).
It’s anticipated that shareholders will be invited to attend a Q&A session after the General Meeting.
2/2
BMR Watch recently held a meeting with BMR - It’s still BMR’s intention to make acquisitions and obtain a listing by April 2021.
There have been delays on the acquisition front due to regulatory issues, but Colin Bird is confident of completing these in the near future.
1/2
BMR is pleased to announce the appointment of Kjeld Thygesen as a director who has significant expertise within the mining sector with recent directorships at Ivanhoe Mines and Bullfrog Gold Inc and an Investment Director at Resources Investment Trust
BMR Watch is pleased to have received initial contact from Colin Bird regarding future plans for BMR Group. We will continue to engage with Colin and the team to ensure a solution is put in place for BMR shareholders. #BMR#JLP
2 of 2 As of today, BMR is led by Colin Bird and he is to be joined on the board by Raju Samtani; both Alex Borrelli and Antony Gardner-Hillman are stepping down from the Board.
Thank you to our shareholders for your long-suffering patience and support and also to BMR Watch for organising so many messages - our next update is imminent
We've had a great response so far from shareholders. If you'd like to join shareholders in sending a letter to #BMR and #JLP please refer to the link in the Tweet below.
1/3 #BMR shareholders continue to be disappointed by the lack of corporate activity by @BMRGroupplc and their lack of communication to shareholders.
We are also disappointed by @Jubilee_Metals lack of progress made to date on the Kabwe project. #JLP
3/3 If you’re tired with the lack of progress, please use this as an opportunity to make your individual voice heard.

2/3 Shareholders need this project to come online to benefit from the Royalty. JLP seems to be in no rush to complete their end of the deal. We urge BMR shareholders to download our letter template using the link provided and Email or post this to the Directors of #BMR and #JLP.
Last month we tried to requisition a General Meeting with the Directors of BMR. Our requisition was recently dismissed by the Directors and we are working towards a solution to this. We will make a further announcement in due course.
