I think each branch is able to create its own support structures--including "efficiency teams". However, if you're asking Elon (Executive branch) to extend over into the Legislative/Congressional branch and Judicial branch, then I don't think that's welcomed.
It's like you and two neighbors living on the same street as you. You can do something with your house/yard that's inspirational to model after, but you can't walk into your neighbors' domain and just start implementing.
Yeah.. I've done coding over the years for work and know very well how real life scenarios create parameters that were not originally anticipated and essentially break the code (or if you generalize failsafe buckets but it falls in the wrong catch-all bucket). Whoever is releasing the first few... I'm hoping it's in limited capacity and some kind of checks and balance system without opening it wide for self-autonomy... Ie: "no need to check in with a boss.. I got this and I'm right. ". π¬
@DsnRacing Aha. Thanks. I haven't gotten around to running down that rabbit trail yet. I'll take a peek soon and look for it. So much stuff out there to dig into for more info when not working and personal life stuff. π Take care.
@jane_staff57@Gentlcaesar@dogefort@charliekirk11 Maybe an American stake in the ground brings the caution up a notch.
I think @Gentlcaesar was hinting towards further annexation would start to technically dig into the US wallet potential now.
I could see that being at least one of the selling points or factors of a deal.
VP JD.. chooses words carefully? We all know the impromptu department has been running a little hot more often than not. I imagine there's often a line of folks with smart-watches pegging on the stress monitoring metrics with some of the day-to-day interactions (both incumbent/legacy/anti-Trump folks and pro-Trump/Trump-appointed folks). The antiperspirant business must be booming during the Trump years ;) I'm sure his somewhat unpredictability is a part of the attraction to some folks--as long as it falls within their general bumper-guard parameters (as long as he doesn't go off what they individually consider a deep-end).
On chosen words, a lot of times it feels like we're usually using the airbags instead of the seatbelt--not that it hasn't improved, refined, and gotten better in precision over the years (like most things in life). ;) So I'm not really sold on carefully chosen, but this doesn't negate any positive action the Trump administration is influencing to happen.
I think agenda-based action on formed thought and carefully chosen words aren't the same--and one doesn't call-in the need for the other in that order. Hand soap can be hand soap doing its job without calling it luxury hand soap. I don't think it's the words causing the friction. It's the actions.
Hey, @Patticusss . I'm big enough to see that maybe you're right. Maybe the guy caught pushing on video first did the first physical act and subsequent physical response could be justified. With only a short clip seen, it would have to be just as much a possibility that one of the other guys could possibly have done something to him first before the tension started to grow and the camera started to roll.
I'm only saying you have a piece of the story--it might be enough or it might not be enough of the whole story. I don't know. I wasn't there. I doubt you were either.
While I understand filling in the blanks with unsubstantiated evidence to fit your story works and justifies you, I'm just saying that any number of things could have happened before or after the 34 seconds we saw.
Any police/detective investigating and court system prosecuting are not going to start and stop at this video--something I'm guessing is the only context you have. There are more questions than answers still--if you see them or not.
Not without a little sting on sensitivity but to cool the temperature a little..
For him and the rest of us onlookers, one moral of the story we can take away for future reference:
Don't ever get caught in a fight with your pants down. Even if that dude knew Wing-Tsun, he was limited in response.
I can't think of too many reasons to be singing and dancing with your pants down in public like that, so I'm thinking 3 possibilities:
1) simply seeking attention for various reasons... get some pity and a buck? Just one of those days?
2) mental health issues in which case, we wouldn't go out of our way to beat down someone in a wheel chair because they drove a wheel on our foot, would we?
3) under the influence of alcohol or drugs.. it happens and people do dumb things.
It was a slap on the car. People get more damage to their vehicle in a grocery store parking lot from a door ding or crashed cart, so without further context--ie: maybe these guys were neighbors with 10 years of bad history--we can probably assume there's something bigger and beyond the smack on the car that drove this.
There was no immediate danger for the hammer. The nail took the brunt of it and even was backing away in a defensive posture. The hammer pressed forward. In my opinion, pretty excessive.
This was sad to see; it was my first time viewing this. She may think it sounded like a quick witty/snarky remark at the time where people will "ooh" and "ahh" at her cleverness or ability to be funny, but when these quick jabs are made it dilutes any strong footing against a true attempt at removing racism. She's not impacting just herself or her viewers, it's entire complexes of people. In what world would the direct opposite of what was stated be greatly tolerated about someone being black or any other race? How can we ever get beyond this if we keep tethering ourselves to it? Now in the big picture, will erasing this one remark turn the tide? No, because--where it exists--it's too anchored and takes much more. But imagine if everyone zipped their lip and saved that for just internal monologue if the thought came through their mind. There would definitely be less proliferation of it, and maybe that would have a bigger impact.
@davis_mbaka I'm sorry to hear, Davis. It sounds like he was very close and important to you. I don't know how long it's been, but I'm sure he'd be proud of you pushing through. It's usually what parents want of their kids through this terrible time.
God bless you.
@TheGraphicEarth @nocapmedia Yes, I saw that and I started digging through the comments to make sure someone else saw that. Thank you for catching that. I was trying to see if the person used a crafty well-placed leg or use some kind of object. I can see from your zoom that it looks like leg sweep action.
@Riley_Gaines_ Something isn't catching quite right with this video. It might be a poorly delivered "joke"--inciting a lot of backlash because of what's being said... to make such a profound decision so early on and "wanting this for years" being 14 months old... Looks fishy.
@ianmiles If the video is authentic and portrayal is 100% legit w/ truthful/honest messaging with ethics: I imagine-possibly from a foot soldier's view without politics and ramifications-it's like the scene from Braveheart when Wallace finds out Robert the Bruce isn't the ally he thought?
