Social media and maybe peers' influence makes you feel like 22 is an old age to start uni. We've seen stories where people get into med schools in their 40s and do perfectly well.
There is absolutely no definite age for starting a lot of things in life, the only obstruction is your mind.
Once you break that streak, it'll be very hard to get back on track. So just don't do it. When you can't give your all, do the bare minimum. Keep showing up, it's the only thing that matters.
