biggest part comes next: the Agent Council will eventually manage its own public wallet

it will be able to create bounties, review community submissions, choose contributors, propose payments and fund useful work

community activity can also create proposals for buybacks or other treasury actions, but the agents will check the budget and rules before anything happens

later, a separate trading agent can be added with its own wallet and strict limits

while i finish the backend, i made the public UI interactive

you can enter the office, move the bots, call a meeting, give them a signal, request another draft and watch the council work through a decision

this is the real direction of ARCHITECTURE now
