6E6263: After boarding’s completed, Pilot announced that ‘the first officer is still waiting at home for the company vehicle to pick him up, which will take 45 mins to come to airport, and then another 15-20 mins to check in’. So we wait for another hour in the flight! @IndiGo6E

@hmindia @hmindia Also not to forget, he ripped off the cleanly packaged return covers while we was trying to ‘check’ them. And left them all unfolded like trash. Absolutely horrendous.

@hm The return experience was just pathetic today. The delivery executive denied pick up because he ‘thought’ that the color in the image on the screen and the color of the dress didn’t exactly match. Never seen such behaviour from any other store. Please train them better!!
