قراءة الخليج للحرب الدائرة و سياسة ضبط النفس دفعت ترمب لمحاولة أخيرة للتوجيه نحو الابراهيمية باسلوب ضغط مبطن وهي من اهداف الحرب التي لم تتحقق بسبب سياسة الخليج الحكيمه بضبط النفس وعدم الانزلاق بحرب لم تكن طرف فيها.
