There are many who have received the PPO and still gonna reject it at the time of joining because they have other offers

People are getting hired everywhere, Amazon, Meta, Uber, Stripe literally everywhere, if you aren't getting the chance then it doesn't mean that they are releasing openings just for the sake of showing
