@DrCelineVetter First of all, beautiful favas! Now shuck the beans (remove from pods) then blanch 3 to 4 minutes in boiling water. Shock with cold water. Peel and pop out the bean itself from the casing. That is it! Add to your fav pasta dish or marinate with olives and sun dried tomatoes!
