Jade Beach never lost internet. Atlantic Broadband is now in the corner working on cable damage.

Passenger elevators will be out of service until wet parts are replaced. Service elevators are working. Parts ordered.

The Board is being patients with our vendors who are helping others who were less fortunate. Staff still incomplete.

We are very fortunate to nearly have our building back to normality. Our neighbors don't have water, AC or power.

FPL has returned the energy to Jade Beach. Our generator is now off. Please recheck your equipments if they failed.

If you cannot reset your AC leave it off for some hours and try again. Doing so every minute will not make it work.

Jade Beach is running on its diesel generator. FPL has still not restored power. Only service elevators are working.

We are 95% normal. Trash has been picked up, diesel tank is full for power (which we never ran out)
