Voter fraud has always been rampant in CA. Around 70% of the people who showed up to vote in one county in Newsom's Recall Election in CA were told they already voted, when they didn't, disenfranchising Republican voters.

This is why Democrat's have had a hold of California for the last 15 years. Coincidentally as soon as Gavin Newsom was elected and incorporated laws so Democrats would never lose another election again.

Susan could learn something. She's stuck thinking that the 40% that vote is all the votes there will ever be. So she tries to win votes from this pool by saying whatever she thinks she needs to say, often contradictory, instead of trying to win the votes of the 60% that have given up on shapeshifting politicians.
