@tedforbes The Brookstone filters are nice, but way out of my price range. I use Cokin Filters on my D800 and RB67. I’ve used Cokins as far back as my OM 2n in the 80s. A good option at a decent price.

@raigcv @tedforbes Since I’m shooting film, I’m going to lab print everything (I normally just process only, then scan the negatives into Photoshop), then scan the prints directly with no post. I figure that will give the truest real representation of what my cameras produce.

@tedforbes Tamron 70-300 Vi USD f/4-5.6 on my D800. Not the fastest lens, but a good balance between function and affordability. For daytime sports/action photography, or night under good lighting, it can’t be beat for a sub $500 lens.
