@PEILiberalParty Great idea Gord! What about seniors living in private seniors homes? Their rent goes up every year by hundreds of dollars and nobody cares . Private homes can raise the rent as much as they want and there is no way to fight for these people . IRAC should oversee them as well.

Council debating whether to allow second asphalt plant in Sherwood Road/West Royalty area. Same issue came up last year and was defeated

Council votes 6-4 to approve application to amend bylaw to permit as asphalt plant that could end up in West Royalty or Sherwood Road. Would have to submit to prov environmental assessment so not done deal yet.
