2of2 “You’re welcome to call GrubHub or DoorDash and place the order with them” WTF half of my $78 went to @LagunaMadreSea drive through last night. My issue - the user message: “Something Is Wrong Error validating basket” did AI write that? Do better. You have a nice site.

1of2 UX Rant #thisisbroke Someone please explain to me how a chain like @54thStreetGrill refuses to take orders over the phone? I tried an online order checked out got this cryptic dev message error even after signing in. Cache issue? Maybe called and was told sorry…

Let’s be clear: This is illegal and unconstitutional. The American people had voted. The courts had ruled. The Electoral College had met and voted. The Governor in every state had certified the results and sent a legal slate of electors to the Congress to be counted. The Vice President has no constitutional authority to tell states to submit alternative slates of electors because his candidate lost. That is tyranny. Our institutions held on Jan 6 because Mike Pence refused to violate his oath to the Constitution. Trump picked JD Vance because Vance will do whatever Trump wants, including violating the Constitution. They are both far too dangerous to serve. It’s our duty to stop them.

Why is this still an issue? @USPS @Adobe Really? You can’t figure this out? @Apple? someone - help them out. Because this defect probably got deferred or put in the backlog and it’s pissing us x% of users off and the other x% are just unnecessarily wasting time. #uxdesign #badUX

@TonyGonzales4TX is very good at not answering questions directly. Good man but I’m not sold on his politics yet. He’s trying to do the right thing.
