"The real violence- the violence I realised was unforgivable- is what we do to ourselves, when we're too afraid to be who we really are."
Nomi Marks- @Sense8 Season One.
Truer words have never been spoken.
I don't think people fully understand how much 1 billion is
if your salary was 100k with no tax it would take you 10 years to become a millionaire but 10,000 years to reach a billion
It is unethical for one person to be hoarding this much money when others cannot eat
How do y'all be expecting a relationship to work when you're not affectionate, not romantic, not flirtatious (Being lustful and oversexual is not the type of flirtation I am talking about), not empathetic, and not spontaneous lol?
Some of y'all are equivalent to a rock.
Israeli lawyer Ben Marmarelli says Palestinian prisoners he represents beg him not to visit because they're raped each time he is due to meet them.
This is a scene from Al Jazeera's shocking new documentary on Israel's systematic use of rape.
"After my leg was amputated, I lost hope in life. I was a champion. I had medals...I have to walk +2 hours on my crutches to reach the field."
The @FIFAWorldCup hosts helped Israel do this to footballers in Gaza.

The Israelis are destroying ancient Roman ruins in the beautiful Lebanese coastal city of Tyre.
I know if they did this to the Colosseum, the world would express outrage and elites would do fundraisers and Israel might even be sanctioned bc that’s in what they consider Europe.
But in Lebanon, the Europeans shrug and keep supporting Israel because they’ve created a division of humanity where even the ancient Roman ruins aren’t equal.
Can’t let people forget, that party is harbouring an abuser (N*to) and ultimately they should remove him on principle. Stop waiting for the perfect victim to have the audacity to speak out, remove him before others are harmed.
Countries will justify anything because it’s their history, it’s their origin story yet Haiti’s origin story is overthrowing slaveowners and establishing the first free country and somehow their history and origins is ‘too political’ for FIFA (and Olympics before). Haiti’s first time at World Cup in 52 years and they have to change their shirts because FIFA thinks their entire nationhood emerging from a slave rebellion is too political.
