As a fairly regular flyer, I understand the value of maintaining the higher fare class soft product but to not allow the other counters to not flex and support more customers is an extremely inefficient during peak flight times. Looking forward to a quick resolution (3/3)

and 48 premium economy seats vs. 264 economy seats. Economy has 4 check in counters, premium economy has 2 check in counters and business class has 2 check in counters of its own. This has resulted in a line that’s snaked its way out of the entrance of the departures hall. (2/3)

@airvistara @RNTata2000 a critical look at airport operations is needed. UK122 and UK124 both leave BKK within 45 minutes of each other. Both flights are flying the Airbus A321 twin-jet aircraft. These flights have a combined total of 16 business class seats (1/3)
