@HabibiSecret @BungieHelp @Bungie Streaming at too high of a bit rate or you have line noise in your connection that is causing Jitter. To Bungie this looks like net manipulation. Call your provider and have them test for noise and request that they show you the results. Otherwise they will just tell you its ok.
