@ChrisCuomo The expectation, though, from the consultants (Elon & Co), is they only make recommendations... not actions. With a set deadline, it is usually up to the departments to implement those cuts. They may be taking this approach if mgmnt is part of the problem tho.

@ChrisCuomo DOGE and Elon: Coming from the large global corporate world, I see Trump is doing what a CEO would with a huge exception: It is common to make across the board cuts in staffing with no analysis, and also to hire outside consultants to dig in and look for waste.

@marthamaccallum There are approx 330M people in the U.S. There have been 500k of positive cases. To me, the gap says we will continue to get a large number of cases until we have a vaccine? What is Dr Fauci's educated guess of how many people have, or have had the virus but not confirmed yet?

In late Jan, I was in a meeting in Palo Alto with a person showing symptoms. Colleague and I got sick. Docs could not diagnos.
