@JoshRo1019 @RevSamrah @maine_labor my problem is a cant proceed until i am able to talk to someone. glad it finally worked for you. i think a lot of the other issues like yours is just an overwhelmed system that cant handle it because of poor planning. they had 8 weeks to get this right.
