Improvidus, Apto, quod Victum!
Beware the quiet man. For while others speak, he watches. And while others act, he plans. And when they finally rest… he strikes!
@DiggersOfNews One can only wonder how the KK family feels when they hear statements like "in a manner that honours his wishes", esp considering it was ECL's presidency, bound by the primacy of national interest, that strongly refused to honour the nation's late founding father's burial wishes.
@ZambianObserver Indeed, support for rebranded PF political vehicles, whether fronting as factions, allliances, or remnants, illustrates a disturbing take us back to Egypt mentality. Shockingly, despite these alliances largely failing to offer credible & concrete policy alternatives to HH's govt.
@BuyoyaJonah Akale, Zambia's Form 5 Certificate was heavily tied to Britain's Cambridge system until 1987. For yrs, many students who wanted to improve their results or couldn't secure required credits for University admission, relied on Cambridge GCE O-Levels as a path for academic recovery.
@diamondtvzambia A complex man, projecting a prayerful, humble image, but maintaining plausible deniability for letting his aggressive cadres operate on his behalf. He presided over one of the most economically turbulent, institutionally compromised & politically intolerant eras in Zed's history.
@diamondtvzambia This brings to memory rhetoric that, if they come back to power, they want to undo the fight against grand corruption thus far, esp reversing forfeiture of proceeds of crime judgements that GRZ did on behalf of citizens &Treasury. 'Banking on our short memories', unfortunately.
@DiggersOfNews Trying to explain away political violence by party loyalists as a reaction to anger or feeling of betrayal, is a slippery slope to anarchy coz it encourages extralegal retributions. Should citizens also justify violence against politicians they perceive as betrayers, Aikona man!
@Mwebantu Publicly pursuing or attempting to suppress independents alienates voters who value fairness. Such a strategy will inadvertently backfire at the polls. Rather @HHichilema's team must leverage such candidates' existing loyalties & leave the door open for postelection coalitions.
@DiggersOfNews Churches these days...Pastor Makhado, formerly nicknamed 'General Khatha-Khatha' during his time operating in counterfeit churches were preacher pseudonyms are common practice. Here exposes some of his experiences with staged miracles and occult practices.

@diamondtvzambia Mismanagement of FTJ university funds, stole future prospects & derailed career trajectories of youth in Luapula, forcing some to either incur unsustainable travel costs to distant schools or abandon their academic dreams. This ultimately locked young people out of opportunities.
@znbctoday Hopefully GRZ planning considerations for these new data centers will proactively address global concerns that have been raised elsewhere, particularly location choice and infrastructure designs, to ensure we avoid future negative impacts on our local communities.
@Joe__Bassey While Western nations publicly condemn corruption, their financial institutions provide the legal architecture to harbor stolen wealth (from resource rich nations) & financially benefit from it even after such capital freight is flagged as illicit. It's the ultimate 'Double Dip'.
@Mwebantu Being a nominated candidate, even for the ruling party, does not give anyone the right to think the rule of law doesn't apply to them or that they can suddenly dictated the law to those who are legally mandated to enforce it. Better to revoke the candidature of such characters
@Mwebantu Call them out for who they are, hired thugs or criminals. ZP must be firm & quick to enforce order on rioters, regardless of their party affiliation. Don't encourage anarchy by being soft on hooligans, high on 'do as i say', breaking the law with impunity.

@DiggersOfNews Labeling suspects of political violence as "suspected UPND, Tonse or PF cadres" unintendedly encourages malicious actors or criminal gangs to deliberately wear & use the regalia of any party to commit crimes, such as looting, rioting, violence or to damage another party's image.
