Two co-hosted side events, a VC panel, and a week spent with founders and investors across the @solana and @ethereum ecosystems — a busy week for V3V Ventures at Solana Summit Serbia and @ethbelgrade.

We co-hosted two founder × investor gatherings around Solana Summit:

• The Solana Mixer, together with @SuperteamBLKN and Elevator Ventures

• A second gathering co-hosted with @superteam, focused on bringing together the Solana Summit Demo Day founders and investors including @RockawayX and @AccVentures

Furthemore, V3V Partner Stan Nedic (@0xstajus) participated in the Solana Summit VC panel and the VIP / Speaker Dinner, as well as @ethbelgrade and other gatherings throughout the week.

It was great to spend time with the @SolanaFndn, @superteam, @solflare, @TenderlyApp, @DeFiSaver, @0xCurvy and many others.

Belgrade hosted 45+ side events running across the week, but more importantly, a genuinely strong concentration of founders, capital and ecosystem talent.

The Balkans continue to be one of the more underrated Web3 pockets in Europe — and one we’re happy to keep showing up for.

第一次违约，事情经过是这样的，简单说一下如下概述：
上线币安Alpha 和合约之前，KOL轮都是签约了SAFT的，都是按照额度，履行合作条款，TEG当天原本的释放15%的额度调整释放10%，总分配调整是15%，应该是所有人都觉得是交易所要求和二级市场更好看，这个理由比较充分，可以接受！

第二次违约，就是SAFT的合作条款二次释放，概述如下：
原本按照SAFT条款该解锁的时间未解锁，把解锁在延后 3 个月，再次违约，而且是是强制性的，没有商量，真是牛逼。

具体的修正是TGE 解锁 10%不变，从 3 个月调整为6个月，归属期从 9 个月 缩短至 3 个月，总分配量增加 15%还是第一次违约的调整不变，用来抵消前面调整的影响，脱裤子放屁，玩文字游戏呢？

以上内容只是简单概述，只是提醒这样的一个项目一个团队，一次一次的违约SAFT合作条款，是多么恶劣，甩锅给交易所。

这里陈述一下，跟币安没有关系，是项目方甩锅，就很看不惯，也请各大所，对此项目调查和观察市场的反馈！
