@gordonhmuir Still HoLEP as a day case in <100g prostates is a maximum desobsrution in elderly not bothering from RE, who will not need further intervention

@fgomsan @Dr_Abnormal @quanta_system Still, 1.5hrs for morcelation is fast. It would have been much longer with Lumenis.. did you have to use sometimes bi-polar to resect hard nodules?
Or, could you suggest leaving the enucleated hard tissue for , let’s say 7/7 to soften and come back?

@RIRS_inDelhiNCR @fgomsan @amy_krambeck @LumenisU Weight on specimen from pathology report differs widely with the weight on the pod post HoLEP. It can be heavier once staying in the formalin, but more commonly is lighter?
Not sure what’s the correlation. Could be studied..
