So..... taking this logic to the end.....
By this reasoning 20% of all the dialogue on this broadcast medium should be in Welsh for the 'correct' balance.
This is being failed.
I’m seeing this a lot of late. There’s a real danger of alienating people broadly sympathetic to the Welsh language through the way it’s being pushed. Preserve the langauge yes. But don’t force it on Welsh people for whom English is their mother tongue.
@philsteele1 Most of the problem is that the pro structure in our domestic game is unfortunately as it's not pro.
It needs root canal surgery to make it work again.
The 4 pro teams were supposed to have a 'regional' identity, and then didn't. Decline was inevitable without changes.
@simonrug@thepaulwilliams You could also argue the being hit by a hand on the thigh means he wasn't high enough to be considered hurdling. He also didn't jump straight at the tackler.
It's inconsistently refereed, and isn't encouraging a flowing enjoyable game.
@simonrug@thepaulwilliams Except he didn't avoid the tackle.
Will Hurd was on his knees and did get his hands on Blair.
The hand clearly hits him on the thigh.
That shouldn't count as 'avoiding' the tackle.
