@dunkindonuts how are you going to accept mobile orders at a closed location AND ignore customer’s messages and emails about it for months? This happened to me in January and yesterday, too. Please do better.
@Freeaiming@dunkindonuts This happened to me yesterday and also happened to me in January. I emailed customer service in January with photos and receipts and I never heard back! @dunkindonuts you really need to do better.
@USPS@USPSHelp how can you attempt delivery once (without leaving a notice) and then send it back the next day?!?! Especially when the address was CORRECT!
@USPS@USPSHelp I need help with a scheduled package pick-up at my office. I scheduled one for today & one for tomorrow. neither are showing up in my history on my USPS website account. There are too many boxes for me to carry and I need them picked up. Can you please reply?
If the @UPS high value waiver is not signed, it is invalid. Except you can only have it signed by a driver or at one of their hubs, that’s it. The only two options.
@SamiHoneycutt@UPS Yea… so @ups full on lost the package and now I have to wait another 10-15 days for them to make a decision about reimbursing me for it
Talked to @UPS again today.
I had them explain the steps of an investigation to me like I was a toddler.
Step one is to file the claim.
Step two is to contact the recipient to make sure the package was not received
@USPSHelp for the two past two months all mail addressed to me at my office gets returned to sender, but I get mail for old residents (even though my business name is on the door). I’ve had many paychecks returned to sender, any help?
@UPS
I also may have misunderstood, but I’m pretty sure she said that if after 8 days nothing happens and no contact is made the case is automatically closed.
@UPS They gave me the direct phone line for the investigation department and I passed it along to the recipient to try to get the ball moving.
She kept saying “We have four more days, it can take up to eight business days. We have four more days. We have four more days.”
@UPS I explained that I was promised they would call the recipient on both Tuesday and Wednesday, and asked why the phone call hasn’t happened yet. They told me that if they run out of time, that the call will get shifted to the next business day. Which has now happened twice.
@ups meaning four business days after opening the investigation we’re still in stage one. no-one asked me for the recipient’s contact info the until Tuesday, even though I was calling and asking for updates daily and they always need to contact the recipient to move forward”.
