The outcomes of hearings is somehow decided by politicians and some criminal elements within the administration. Allegedly, the forensic report on Julius Mkhwanazi by an independent forensic investigator recommended that 2 people including EMPD Chief Isaac Mapiyeye be charged but someone decided to clear Mapiyeye and asked him to be a DC witness, is that even legal?

How do you make an implicated individual a DC witness? Who decided on that? You will see decisions that will be taken today in council, they will not surprise me because some councillors and political parties are queuing for BRIBES. People please watch Ekurhuleni council today. BRIBES run the City not fairness and honesty.
