I don't think of the brain and the mind as the same thing.
The brain wants comfort. It wants to sleep in, take the easy path, and waste time.
The mind knows what needs to be done… get up early, work hard, stay focused, and keep going.
Most days, life feels like a constant negotiation between the two. The more often my mind wins, the better my life becomes.
