Update on this, it seems legit, Nintendo not so long ago partnered up with an ai company to protect themselves against AI generated content, however since that content in itself is trained off of artists, tons of actual artists are getting taken down in the crossfire as a consequence of it.
They even took down my doodles which makes absolutely no sense ( ;´ - `;)
