More important than thechampionship these 5 seniors will all be pursuing higher education next year. Rico , far left, said he never considered college before the lacrosse team. He studied hard and made it happen. Gonna miss these guys
It was a tough season, and I’ll admit I barely survived. Yesterday the kids of Charlotte Secondary Lacrosse played the games of their lives and won the North Carolina club state championship. It took winning the semifinals in overtime to get to the championship game.

Hangin out with Isaiah, our original goalie. One game he scored 7 goals as goalie so we changed him to middie. Now training to be army special forces. Here for New Hampshire film festival. Stopping by Harvard university. He’s getting ready to study for law school admission test
Crossroads the movie at the New Hampshire film festival. Lots of little lacrosse players here telling me how inspired they are by my players. Isn’t that amazing: some of my guys felt they didn’t even matter in life and here they are inspiring people all over the world.
At university of Arizona with former Charlotte secondary player Brendan Mobley, his mom Crystal and Mobley’s new friend Justin. Can’t express how happy we are that he is so happy here

First practice for the new guys, Learning how to throw and catch. We used everything we had, so some guys had sticks and some had nothing more than fiddle sticks, but come spring time, I know these guys will be ready to compete
I built Charlotte secondary lacrosse program with Teddy Walker, Athletic director. Tragically, he passed away a year ago Today, Teddy’s wife asked me to tutor their son for the SAT. I can’t think of a better way to honor Mr. Walker than to help his son get a high score on the SAT
