Successive managers at some level do not have the confidence that England can win from attack, from sustained attacking play. And we can. We fucking can.
@Baddiel 💯% we're governed by a fear of failure - if I were manager, I'd burn a tournament & say I don't care what the result is, I want you to play like it's the last game you'll ever play. Be creative, be beautiful, be free, be you and enjoy every minute. Don't park the bus out of fear
Ukraine launches TrophyLab: we are opening access to captured Russian weapon technologies for our global partners. Every missile, drone, and vehicle seized on the battlefield is now a source of knowledge for the free world.
Through this secure platform, allied governments, labs, and defense tech manufacturers gain access to deep technical data, reports, and vulnerabilities. Users can also request physical equipment for testing, significantly shortening the development cycle for countermeasures.
What was meant to be the enemy's secret advantage is being dismantled to defend democracy. Join the platform:

@FraserNelson@TorstenBell Hi Fraser, is the 6.5m not a consequence of too few opportunities? UK jobs have almost halved ~1.3m in 2022 to ~700k today, and we have 1.75m job seekers (2.5 job seekers per job), the highest since 2015. If there aren't enough jobs now, how do 6.5m extra get hired? Thanks 👍
In this photo - a 3-year-old little girl fighting for her life after yesterday’s Russian attack in Kherson.
Her father was killed. Her mother and sister were also injured.
A reminder that Russia is waging a terrorist war on Ukraine, and a reminder that standing by and watching are the richest nations on Earth, controlling the most powerful military alliance in history, an alliance created specifically to stop Russia in Europe. Sickening.
@BaldwinRE@TheEconomist I've been having this redunculous debate about Brentry v Bre-entry with myself for about 3 years, and I've been so alone with it. I'm so glad it's not just me. I feel seen 😂
@matthewstoller Bananas! When you're thinking about extractive capitalism, where do you see billionaires in the causal chain? They're obvs an active exacerbator, but do you think of them as part of a confluence of root causes or as a symptom of another cause e.g. shareholder supremecy? Cheers
@matthewstoller Wtf does a $22.50 sandwich look like? Are we talking some fancy deli thing, or just a standard sandwich? Cos I can get a Boots meal deal (sandwich, drink and snack) for £3.60 in the UK (£4.90 in a premium location like an airport). What's the difference?
I don't fully trust Zack Polanski with my safety.
Nigel Farage on the other hand I am confident would happily put my life in danger without a second thought, and then blame someone else.
@rhwoodbridge@implausibleblog Yes, I'd guess he was tasered multiple times/constantly tasered, and he still wasn't releasing the knife. So my point was that the head kick is the 'least bad' next escalation if the taser doesn't debilitate him to the point that he'll release the weapon. Idk what protocol says.
