@mosttwistedrope@Miazmaic@JJ200406 3/3 continued: Unless Pxie has logs to Destiny showing otherwise, like saying "I got consent to send this to x and y person".

(54:13) Destiny adds context
(Pxie didn't seem bothered about the dynamic of "explicit consent" when sharing videos, not until her own videos were subject to the risk.
@ChadCar86803637 @Doctor_Penis_ @hutchinson@PSA_Sitch Because I’m pretty sure different people have different levels of hormones whether you are a man or a woman.
@ChadCar86803637 @Doctor_Penis_ @hutchinson@PSA_Sitch Hmm. Well for trans it isn’t about hormonal levels, it’s bone structure and the advantages you gain for going through a male puberty prior to transition. So yea I’d have to look into the intersex stuff before I ever come out for or against anything regarding it.
@Doctor_Penis_ @ChadCar86803637 @hutchinson@PSA_Sitch If this person has male foundations, then yea they shouldn’t be competing. If it’s a woman who happens to be naturally stronger in some way, I don’t think it matters, unless we want to restructure sports to have a bar that can’t be surpassed, even naturally.
@Doctor_Penis_ @ChadCar86803637 @hutchinson@PSA_Sitch Which is why I would say, if two people compete & have the same XY makeup, then who cares if one has an advantage, that’s what sports is in the gender framework. Men in the nba have an advantage over most men. So if women in boxing are performing better than most women. Idc
@Doctor_Penis_ @ChadCar86803637 @hutchinson@PSA_Sitch That a person has the structure of a female, which on average will be weaker in a lot of areas compared to men. And more capable of bodily functions that men aren’t. Further exemplified in sports, which selects for the top performance of humans in society.
@ChadCar86803637 @hutchinson@PSA_Sitch The gender delineation makes sense, because it prevents women from ever being competitive in sports because massively the spots would be taken by predominantly men. But within gender, probably shouldn’t be advantage metrics that solidify a cap of capability.
