@gonortheast This morning on the X31 at the dunston dun cow stop at 10:02 i was underpaid with my change paying with a 10 pound note for a £3 under 21 day ticket, I was only given 4 pounds change, when i got off the bus i asked the driver and he said he couldn’t give me the rest.
