@FaithBrownMedia My parents house 3 weeks ago today. And it’s only yesterday that they’ve managed to get alternative accommodation sorted. It’s been a farce but finally they are somewhere clean and healthy!! Insurance companies aren’t always easy to deal with!!!
@NorthEastTweets It’s a despicable act of vandalism & the perpetrator needs punished properly. None of this oh he’s young, or oh he wasn’t in the right frame of mind. He’s done this on purpose and devastated our landmark. At 16 years old you know right & wrong. & this is absolutely shameful.

@CazooUK sold me a duff car.I spent 4wks emailing, tweeting & ringing every day to get my money back.I’ve had to chase & chase.finally got refund!!#keepfighting till they’re sick of you!!I would NEVER buy from cazoo again. So glad I never have to deal with you anymore!
I will say however, James in the refund dept is the only one in the whole company who ever rang me back and tried to help the situation. So thank you James!!
