$MMTLP #MMTLP We found each other on X. Lets do the same on TruthSocial. Follow me there https://t.co/ry2PwPyGXn last thing I wanted was another social media, but we need to keep momentum going. You can always delete both accounts after resolution.
@GenFlynn
Sir — one thing you can help us with. We’ve had the attention of @RepEliCrane off and on for over three years. We need rock-solid veterans’ advocates to get MMTLP veterans the transparency and follow-through this fiasco still has not received.
Sir, on behalf of the #MMTLP veterans: could you please get Rep. Crane’s attention and ask that he refocus on the letter he wrote over 3 years ago — July 14, 2023 — to @SECGov Chair Gary Gensler and then-House Financial Services Chairman Patrick McHenry?
In that letter he said his AZ-02 constituents believed shares were sold illegally and asked for a briefing on the Next Bridge / $MMTLP halt and conversion.
@FNez_Blogger covered it at the time. Crane later posted that #MMTLP must be resolved. Veterans have tried to reach him since with little success. Over three years later we are still frozen. https://t.co/LvkMR0rmhX
Dec. 9, 2022 U3 halt never produced a public audited share count. 130+ veterans — including disabled and active duty — remain trapped. @gatewaypundit
reported Aug. 30, 2026 that veterans took this to President Trump. https://t.co/8GpHbzIfjo
You were early, Congressman @RepEliCrane. Navy SEALs don’t leave a mission unfinished. Demand the audited share count. Finish what you started.
Respectfully,
@IRONAPE_MMTLP@busybrands@beardvet@annvandersteel@FNez_Blogger@Jason_Sanders81@CHELLESHOCKEDTM@monicaonairtalk@dougcollins #VeteransFirst
📌 $MMAT | U.S. Bankruptcy Court — District of Nevada
⚖️ Case No.: 24-50792-gs
📄 Doc. No.: 2958
📅 Date: August 31, 2026
Filing: ORDER Approving Ex Parte Application by Chapter 7 Trustee to (1) Approve the Revised Power of Attorney and Contingent Fee Contract, and (2) Employ the Law Firm of Grant & Eisenhofer as Special Litigation Counsel
⚠️ Not legal advice.
🔍 In layman’s terms:
Judge Gary Spraker APPROVED Trustee Christina Lovato’s request to strengthen and revise her litigation team. ⚖️
✅ The Trustee’s revised agreements with Christian Attar and Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP were approved.
✅ The Trustee may add Abe Alexander and Grant & Eisenhofer as additional special litigation counsel.
🗓️ The approval is effective retroactively to August 7, 2026—the date the adversary complaint against Citadel, Virtu and Anson was filed.
💰 The attorneys are working under a contingent-fee arrangement, meaning their payment is tied, at least in part, to the litigation’s outcome rather than being paid entirely upfront by the bankruptcy estate.
🧾 The Court found that the firms do not hold or represent interests adverse to the bankruptcy estate and qualify as “disinterested persons” under bankruptcy law.
🚫 The United States Trustee did not object to the application.
🔒 The request was made ex parte, meaning it was submitted to the judge for a decision without a scheduled hearing. That does not suggest anything improper—the Court determined it could decide this employment request based on the written filing.
💵 Important limitation:
This ORDER approves the lawyers’ employment and fee arrangement, but it does not give them an unrestricted right to collect whatever they request.
Any compensation and reimbursement of expenses must still be presented to the Bankruptcy Court for approval under 11 U.S.C. § 330, with notice and an opportunity for a hearing. 👀⚖️
🦋 Bottom line:
The judge has officially approved the Trustee’s expanded special-litigation team and revised contingency arrangement. This gives the Trustee additional legal firepower as the litigation moves forward. 💪⚖️
However, this is not a ruling on the merits of the claims, and it does not guarantee a recovery. It is an important procedural step supporting the litigation. 🦋📈
📈 NBH
⚖️ Case: Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. v. Jeffrey Davies
🏛️ Court: 61st Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas
📂 Cause No.: 2026-18186
📅 Filed: August 31, 2026
⚠️ NOT LEGAL ADVICE. These are Davies’ arguments—not findings or rulings by the judge. Full filings attached below via Dropbox.
📑 Filing 1: DEFENDANT’S OBJECTIONS TO PLAINTIFF’S EVIDENCE
Jeffrey Davies asks the judge to exclude or disregard much of NBH’s evidence opposing his TCPA motion to dismiss. 🛡️
He challenges affidavits from:
👔 Gregory McCabe: Davies claims much of McCabe’s knowledge comes from reviewing records—not personal involvement. McCabe reportedly joined NBH in 2023 but discusses events dating to 2014.
🎙️ Amy Taylor: She prepared a partial transcript of an April 2024 X Spaces recording. Davies argues she did not make the recording, apparently was not present, and the original recording was neither submitted nor authenticated.
💰 Clinton Plant: Davies calls Plant’s claim that his statements caused Capco to withhold approximately $2 million in financing speculative and unsupported.
Davies also objects to numerous NBH exhibits as hearsay or unauthenticated. 📄🚫
🎯 What he wants: The judge to exclude the challenged affidavits and exhibits before ruling on dismissal.
⸻
📑 Filing 2: REPLY SUPPORTING DAVIES’ MOTION TO DISMISS
Davies argues NBH’s lawsuit is an attempt to intimidate or silence him for criticizing the company. 🤐
He says the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA) applies because the statements involved alleged fraud, public land, University Lands and funding for Texas public universities—matters he considers public concerns. 🏛️🎓
🔑 His main arguments
📜 No guaranteed extension:
The Orogrande agreement said NBH and University Lands “may renegotiate” an additional term. Davies argues this did not give NBH a contractual right to an extension.
📞 No admissible proof of contact:
He says NBH has not presented admissible evidence proving he contacted University Lands—or that UL saw or relied on his X posts.
🔗 No proven causation:
Davies says UL’s October 2, 2024 letter declining the extension does not mention him. He identifies other possible reasons for UL’s decision, including alleged compliance issues, unpaid royalties, missing technical information and well-plugging concerns. ⚠️
💵 No proven damages:
He argues NBH has not shown the extension would have been profitable, citing reported disclosures that Orogrande wells had not produced revenue or been economical.
📉 Business-disparagement claim:
NBH reportedly claims three losses:
Approximately $2 million in Capco financing 💰
The Orogrande extension 🛢️
Closure of a subsidiary’s JPMorgan account 🏦
Davies argues NBH has not directly connected any of those losses to a specific statement he made.
🎯 What Davies wants
Davies asks the court to:
🚫 Dismiss NBH’s claims with prejudice
💵 Award him attorney’s fees and costs
🚨 Impose sanctions against NBH
❌ Deny NBH’s request for attorney’s fees
🧭 Bottom line
Davies’ strategy is:
✂️ Exclude much of NBH’s evidence; then
⚖️ Argue that what remains cannot prove a valid contract, interference, causation or measurable damages.
👩⚖️ The judge must now decide the evidence objections and the TCPA motion. Neither filing is a court ruling.
There are many Exhibits.

@GenFlynn You won’t need to do much digging if you reach out to the owner and CEO, Greg McCabe. He has been partitioning the @SECGov and @FINRA ( criminals moonlighting as market overseers) for nearly 4 years, only to be ignored. He will tell you what you need to know, and what he needs to move forward. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, the #MMTLP investor.

I first heard about $MMTLP years ago and honestly didn’t grasp how deep this really went, until now. To call this a "scandal" is an understatement. Retail investors were robbed blind, including Veterans who served this country. I've spoken to many, who just want accountability. Is that too much to ask? 🙏🏻🇺🇸
MMTLP. What the Wall St crooks did to a tiny energy company, they can do to @SpaceX and Trump Media. Naked short selling lets hedge funds sell assets they never owned. Stop the madness!
40,000 letters. Veterans and military families caught in the MMTLP mess. Still no answers.
The Biden SEC, FINRA and Congress owe the American people full transparency and accountability.
President Trump can expose the truth and put American investors first. #MMTLP
This appears to have been the GTS Securities playbook...
Ari Rubenstein's GTS Securities has a history of Market Manipulation on practically every exchange/platform in which they've done business (according to FINRA's Broker Check and SEC disclosures).
Rubenstein is also a co-founder of the now defunct Modern Markets Initiative, a HFT Advocacy Organization.
When GTS is caught or suspected of certain manipulation/schemes, (Overstock and MMTLP trading against the wishes of the issuer for example) someone from Modern Markets Initiative, depending on their area of expertise and or their connections, runs interference in ways that favor Rubenstein, GTS and HFT as a whole.
The quote post shows how this appeared to occur in both Overstock and MMTLP.
James Angel will sometimes reveal his links to FINRA but I don't know of any examples of him being transparent about his link to Rubenstein/GTS via MMI.
Once Angel's connections to Rubenstein and to Dark Pool patents etc. began to be exposed, he gradually faded away and stopped offering his opinions concerning MMTLP on @Georgetown letterhead.
