We demand the following actions from @TurkishAirlines
*Stop the fraudulent practice of denying boarding to passengers who arrive within the specified check-in window.
*Refund all costs incurred due to this incident, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and other incidentals.
*Provide a satisfactory & swift resolution to this matter. Failure to do so will result in legal action to seek appropriate compensation and ensure accountability for @TurkishAirlines actions.
We urge Turkish Airlines to maintain its commitment to customer service and fairness by addressing this issue promptly and quickly. Failure to do so will only tarnish the airline's reputation further.

I'm writing to share a concerning experience with @TurkishAirlines at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos 3/3/24. I arrived Turkish Airlines counter 8:09 pm to board TK626 to Atlanta only to be told check-in closed 8:05 pm due to a schedule change. Despite arriving within the 1-hour window stipulated by @TurkishAirlines for international flights, we were denied boarding without any valid reason. The counter agent, who identified himself as Gbenga, claimed to be the supervisor & callously refused to provide his last name. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including calls to Turkish Airlines customer service, all of us were met with the same unhelpful responses. It is clear that Turkish Airlines has not taken our complaints seriously, and this lack of accountability is unacceptable.
