Also your lost and found site doesn’t even work. So the auto generated responses telling me to fill out a form, that no one will ever respond to anyways, are also useless

Still nothing besides an automated response. I’d of appreciated it more if someone would have called/emailed/sent a carrier pigeon saying “screw you we’re keeping your tablet”. Enjoy my belongings @FlyFrontier@FrontierCare cuz that’s the last of my $ you’ll ever get.

Day 100- More #FrontierAirlines fun. The @FrontierCare team reached out after my tweets to provide a new phone # to call about my @FlyFrontier flight and baggage disaster. 1st call- the system hung up on me after I spent 8 minutes on phone. 2nd call- 20 minute est hold time. Ugh!

@MCO I really need to talk to a human being in lost and found but it seems to be an impossible task. You and @FrontierCare keep giving me the run around and telling me to fill out a form online, which I did, a week ago with no response….
