How many people will simply stop using X and switch to Nitter or smth else just to read posts without an account?

You might be able to work around it by using a VPN connected to a country where biometric or ID verification isn't required. There are also other workarounds, but that's not the point.

We shouldn't be forced to hand over our face or palm just to use a social media platform.

Companies will tell you your biometric data isn't stored or shared. Don't trust them.

Don't let others handle your data.

@X has now started forcing you to give away your biometrics while simultaneously forcing you to download the app. I'm a PC web user, and was forced to download the app and give away my face just because they simply wont offer other verification methods.
