Se cierra así una línea de investigación nacida en el ámbito del procedimiento penal vinculado a la investigación "Prisma", iniciada inicialmente por la Fiscalía de Turín y luego transferida a la Fiscalía de la República de Roma
El asunto había trascendido públicamente el 6 de diciembre de 2023, cuando la #Juve había dado a conocer que había recibido una solicitud de adquisición documental relativa, en particular, a los balances al 30 de junio de 2022
Según lo comunicado en su momento por la sociedad, las investigaciones afectaban a las mismas materias que ya habían sido objeto de la investigación turinesa y de los procedimientos de la Consob: las llamadas plusvalías por "operaciones cruzadas" y las "maniobras salariales"
