@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow What's the position on annual leave accrual for zero hours and agency workers? Annual leave would not ordinarily accrue when not working (unlike employees). Agencies are not furloughing as the risk of annual leave accrual is too high. #MartinLewis

@HMRCcustomers @dgrayconcert Where does the guidance refer to blocks of 3 weeks? This suggests you can only be furloughed for 3 or 6 or 9 weeks? Not 5. I thought it was a minimum of 3 weeks?

@R_Ty3304 @MartinSLewis @RishiSunak If this is an employee being te-employed just for furlough, the two years is not use as accrued holiday pay will need to be paid out at termination. Why is there no notice pay - unless the employee is extended on a fixed term contract? Employment rights can be incredibly costly!

Hi, does the CJRS cover anyone paid via PAYE? In other words, employees under tax law not employment law? There is some confusion where workers are eligible (not agency workers). Thanks #AskRishi
