No entiendo cómo puede ser. Vi a Michael Jackson morir, a Maradona morir, a Pelé morir, a la reina Isabel morir; vi pasar a tres papas.
It’s Easter Monday and I want to speak some deeper truths.
Moses went up the Mount Sinai and saw God (Exodus 33 vs 18)
Thousands of years later, Elijah went up Mount Sinai and saw God. (1 Kings 19)
Another Thousand years later, during the Transfiguration, Jesus went on the Mountain and saw both Moses and Elijah and discussed with them. The disciples described Jesus face as like the Sun. He looked like a God to them. (Mark 9)
This means that Jesus existed outside the concept of Time and Space and was communicating with Moses and Elijah in their respective time.
To Moses and Elijah, they were on the mountain speaking to God in their respective time.
Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Keynote from this: Moses represented the Law, Elijah represented the Prophets. Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.
Bro to Bro, listen to me:
1. Stop scouting world-class talent if you're not ready to pay the transfer fee.
2. Be careful with free agents.
If no club wants them, there's usually a reason
3. Never trust "here we go" until the contract's signed, anything can happen.
4. Talent isn't always obvious sometimes it's hidden where no one's looking.
5. Sign those who deliver now, not maybe someday.
6. Always check the medicals before signing. Some injuries aren't visible on the pitch.
7. No player is bigger than the club
8. Remember some academy players will end up leaving the team to a bigger team once reaching their potential and being noticed by bigger clubs.
9. Go for lower division players. They are easy to manage and they demand small salary.
10. Don't change formation just because you conceded a goal
11. Sometimes you need to play barefoot and enjoy the rawness of the pitch.
But make sure you see the medicals after that.
12. Last but not least playing barefoot can give you a career ending injury
Ngl humans shouldn't always stay at home, even if you have nothing to do. Because staying at home for too long makes the brain become dull and leads to overthinking. You'll have more negative emotions. Psychology calls this state mental rumination. Most of the time, people who stay at home long term are not physically lazy - but mentally exhausted. You increasingly do not want to go out or see people. Even going to the supermarket downstairs to buy a bottle of water feels troublesome. You start to get used to being in a daze alone, scrolling through your phone and staying up late. Then you repeatedly struggle with yourself in an empty room. You think you're resting. But in fact, you're quietly draining the vitality of life. Your brain needs stimulation. Movement. Connection. Without it, your thoughts turn inward and spiral. The longer you isolate, the harder it becomes to break the pattern.
I'm going to say this one more time, you can tattoo it on your brain if you want but know that;
-You're going to die, so you might as well give it your all.
-Chase your obsessions
-Write online without care or fear of anyone
-Go to the gym
- Do difficult stuff
- Be relentless
- be adventurous
- Network with strangers
- ignore any hate energy
- turn off the news
- Build a business
- Get wealthy
- Try everything at least twice
- focus on personal freedom
- Love and appreciate your family
- fvck your fears
None of us will make it out of here alive, so live!
I used to know the name of every player, in every team. Now, on the rare occasion I watch CL football, I know hardly anyone. I never thought I'd get this old/uninterested in football.
Having a job and living alone is such a weird combination. You get off work, go home, shower, eat, probably scroll through your phone, and stay silent until you talk to someone at work the next day.
If you’re proud to be a Christian, please don’t hide it.
This is not the time for silent faith and private conviction.
Our generation is loud about everything: politics, football, trends—but suddenly becomes quiet when it comes to God.
We express our opinions without fear, defend our passions without hesitation, but treat our faith like something that must be kept private.
But faith was never meant to be hidden. It was meant to be lived boldly, seen clearly, and heard without shame.
I pray we have the strength to be Vocal about our faith now and forever. Amen.
You live in Ikorodu and work in VI.
You leave home at 4am. to beat traffic and get to work at 6am.
You don't get home till 10 pm, eat sleep and repeat.
Then you use Saturday to run errands
Sunday, you spend half the day in church.
By the time you get home, eat, and rest, you are getting ready for work on Monday.
This is one of the reasons most people wake up every morning angry at their job.
But they still use the income from that job to fund the same lifestyle that keeps them stuck.
A 9-5 is not meant to be your forever plan.
It’s meant to be your capital source.
It gives you:
• predictable income
• access to credit (if used wisely)
• stability while you build skills
• room to make mistakes without starving
The mistake is spending 100% of your salary as if this job is guaranteed forever.
Smart people do something different.
They use their 9-5 to:
• pay their bills without panic
• fund a side skill or business quietly
• build an emergency buffer
• invest consistently, even if small
• buy time to think long term
Your exit doesn’t start the day you resign.
It starts the day your salary stops controlling your choices.
Use your job to buy freedom, not comfort.
Let the salary fund:
• learning
• experiments
• small investments
• a cushion for risk
When your side income can carry your basic life, the job loses its power over you.
That’s what an exit really is.
Not quitting in anger.
But walking away in control.
If you’re still employed, you’re not late.
You’re funded.
The question is simple:
Is your 9-5 financing your future, or just maintaining your present?
2025 Lessons
1. Nobody is coming to save you.
2. Not everything that slows you down is holding you back.
3. The loudest people will get the applause, the position, the opportunities - whether or not they’re competent. If you do good work, talk about it.
4. If you decide to…
