Sending love and best wishes to everyone returning to salons today. Hopefully it's a big success - and also sending the love to those who can't return just yet. We're looking at ways we can keep pushing for the industry, so that everyone can get back to work safely.
Amongst other businesses, Boris Johnson's speech on Friday referred to "nail bars" as having a timetable for reopening published at some point this week - leaving many hoping that there could be some good news for the industry as a whole. #SalonsAreSafe

As an industry primarily run by women for women, complementary therapies which include reflexology has been derided as non-essential, inferred as dangerous and lumped with strip clubs and massage parlours in various Government documents.
The Association of Reflexologists has learned that we have to shout loud. Reflexology can be safe despite what the Government seems to think. We have COVID secure guidelines over and above the government requirements, we are professional, we are safe, our clients want us back.
