@RussellShaw_MLS Good stuff. The foundation I use with most clients is deadlifts and dips. The only exception is the (rare) person with a serious limiting factor.
@20th_Centurygal I can't begin to match some of the numbers here, but... Ramones 3x (all with Richie on drums in the 80s), X twice, three times if you count The Knitters. Smiths 1.25x because Morrissey walked off after 20 minutes the second time (that was 1987, he's been at this a while 😆).
