@BraJinglez@Twix73702604@aIlfitnesstips Do it for as long as you can. If you can do 1 hour straight then fantastic but, if you are new to jump roping then 10 minutes is better than 0, and 20 is better than 10. Split it up if necessary in increments of 10 min x 6 sets or 3 x 20 or 2 x 30.
A good machine is better than a normal barbell BUT for 99% of the people, a barbell and a machine will produce the same amount of muscle gain. Choose the one you're comfortable with. #weightlifting#bodybuilding#hit#training#muscles
